8K a year General Cleaner/Part-Time/Evenings Dow Building Services has been serving Arkansas since 1985 with janitorial services, environmental services, carpet and vinyl floor maintenance, and other building services.
We currently provide services to over 5 million square feet each day and employ more than 400 people throughout Arkansas.
Dow Building Services prides itself as being the largest independent Janitorial Services Contractor in Arkansas.
We are currently seeking several part-time cleaners in the White Hall area.
M-F 5:
30pm-8:
30pm Responsible for general commercial building maintenance, including, but not limited to:
sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting, cleaning and restocking break rooms and restrooms, cleaning glass and mirrors, wiping down walls and partitions, pulling trash, etc.
Must pass a criminal background check Must have dependable transportation to and from work Must be punctual Must have stable work history Must be able to work independently as well as work as a team member Must be driven and have solid work ethic Must be able to pass criminal background check Must have pride in personal appearance and work assignment Must be able to follow directions (both written and oral) Must have good verbal communication skills Experience is not required as DBS will train the right candidate on the proper cleaning procedures and use of chemicals and equipment.
Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined in training.
Job Type:
Part-time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
