Clinic hours are Monday - Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM (leave time may vary depending on patient flow) and Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM (employees stay until all work caught up - usually by 1-3 PM).
No benefits offered through this position.
Excellent vacation time / PTO is given.
Experience in previous medical office a plus.
Job duties include:
Answering phones, getting messages to the appropriate parties, checking patients in to be seen, scheduling appointments, preparing charts for the next days patients, assisting with faxes, collecting co-pays, updating patient information and insurance, greeting patients, taking payments, medical records requests, and assisting with any other duties needed.
We are looking for someone who is organized, friendly, able to multi-task, professional, and courteous to their co-workers.
Pay will be depending on experience.
