Customer Service or Collections experience is preferred but not required as well as a stable record of employment.
Insurance claim experience is a plus.
Also required is a positive attitude, great ability to work with customers and co-workers, organizational skills, a good work ethic and a sharp mind.
We will train you in our processes and procedures but you must have excellent computer and problem solving skills.
Applicant must live within a reasonable commuting distance to White Hall.
You will be required to participate in a computerized assessment of your knowledge and skill in the pre-employment screening.
